What is our food ideas

Sustainability for us is like being a kid in a candy store. It opens up so many opportunities and new ways of thinking. It makes us look at the food supply and try new ways to experience cooking. We’re focusing on working with nature in urban settings, growing vegetables on seaweed on our terrace to trying to farm up our walls. Zero waste is the way forward and we want to keep sustainability affordable to everyone. And that our believes don’t have to come with an extra price. We’re so lucky that Oslo and surrounding areas have fantastic produce that we are using along our journey.
